What we do with your information

There are no forms and no accounts

This site has no contact form, no account, no login and no checkout. Every conversation starts because you chose to send a message on WhatsApp or by email. Until you do, we hold nothing about you.

What we keep from an enquiry

Your company name, the contact details you write from, the market you are shipping into, and the content of the conversation itself. We keep it in order to prepare a quotation and to fulfil an order, which is the whole of the purpose.

Sample requests

A sample request adds a shipping address. It is kept for dispatch and courier tracking and is not used for anything else.

Analytics and cookies

Details of any analytics on this site will be listed here.

Retention

We do not publish a retention period, because we have not set one. When we do, it will appear here rather than being described in general terms.
