That is a fact about the size of this factory rather than a claim about its quality, and it is the most useful thing on this page: it tells you what kind of answer to expect when you write in, and how quickly you will know whether we can make what you need.
§1 · Who he is
Mohamed Noor, Director of PT Bakhoor Charcoal Indonesia. More than 15+ years in charcoal production and export, which is time in the trade rather than time at this company — the factory in Magelang has been running since 2015, and the experience predates it.
That is the whole of what we publish about him, and it is deliberate. There is no biography here, no education, no career history and no photograph, because we do not have those as stated facts and we are not going to write them. A thin page that is true is worth more to you than a full one that is not, and on a site whose argument is that we publish nothing we cannot support, this is the page where that has to hold.
§2 · What he does
Three things, and they are the same three: he answers buyer enquiries, he signs off specifications, and he oversees production.
What that means for you is narrow and practical. A technical question about volatile matter, about binder temperature, or about why a cube ashes over at the rate it does reaches the person accountable for the answer, rather than a sales desk that will forward it and paraphrase what comes back. If the answer is that we do not know, you get that instead — which is the version of this you should actually test for, and you can test it in one message.
It also means there is one person to hold to what this site says. Every figure here carries a method and a source, and the person who signed those off is the person who replies to you about them.
§3 · How to reach him

Enquiries are answered in English. We are saying that plainly rather than leaving you to find out: if you write in Arabic or in Russian your message will not be answered any faster in the language you sent it, so write in English and you will get a technical reply rather than a delayed one. That is a limit of this factory and not a preference about who we sell to.
§4 · What he will ask you
Four things, and having them ready turns a first message into a quotation conversation instead of a round of questions.
- Your company name, and the registered entity that would appear on the invoice.
- The destination market. It changes the paperwork more than it changes the product.
- The format and the packaging you intend. Cube, flat or disc, which inner weight, foil or plain — what the print minimum commits you to at each size is the page that makes that decision concrete.
- Whether you have artwork. Not whether it is finished; whether it exists. It decides which conversation you are in.
None of those is a qualifying hurdle. They are the four answers that decide whether we are the right factory for your programme, and two of them can rule us out — which is quicker for both of us than a sample that was never going to fit.
